Aventure Staffing Office Administrator in Orange City, Iowa

Office Administrator

Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm

As an Office Administrator you will provide administrative support and work with a team of professionals who provide top-notch service and are committed to providing a people-centered experience in Orange City, IA. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and ensuring smooth operations. Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones, directing calls, answering questions

  • Data entry, processing urgent information, mail, scanning, printing,

  • Managing/organizing databases

  • Manage supplies

  • Coordinates pickups and deliveries

  • Search and file stored information

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Valid Driver’s License

  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills

  • Exceptional communication skills (writing and verbal)

  • Efficient computer skills

  • Former office experience
