Job Summary:
Perform custodial duties to include sweeping, mopping, dusting, restroom cleaning, cleaning windows, dumping trash, replacing light bulbs, moving furniture. Assist in unloading freight as assigned.

Minimum Job Requirements:
Custodial training preferred.
Should have experience in custodial assignments involving buildings and building equipment.
Ability to work independently on a day to day basis.
Must have knowledge of building cleaning, operation of janitorial equipment and general labor work.
Must be able to lift or move cartons, furniture, and material up to sixty pounds.
Work Performed:
Report for work assignments at designated location.
Sweep and maintain floors in assigned areas, including waxing and buffing, vacuuming and carpet cleaning as needed.
Keep walls, windows, trash cans, chalkboard, erasers clean.
Do dusting as needed.
Gather and dump trash in assigned area.
Replace light bulbs.
Clean windows in assigned area.
Do minor maintenance assignments.
Clean and replenish supplies in restrooms in assigned area.
Keep Custodial Services Supervisor aware of materials and supplies needed to complete assignments.
Responsible for night lock up in assigned area or building.
Install towels in cabinets in your assigned area.
Report any suspicious activities to supervisor and security.
Maintain regular and consistent attendance at work.
Perform duties in accordance with OSHA regulations.
Successfully complete all required OSHA training.
Other tasks as assigned.

Position Level:

6:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Friday-Monday
