Work Shift

1 - First Shift

Are you the type of person who possesses a basic understanding of treasury, looking for an opportunity to grow and learn by assisting with all aspects of daily treasury operations, and wanting to actively contribute to the overall success of a reputable, global equipment manufacturer? In this role you will provide daily operational support as part of a Treasury team that strives to deliver world-class treasury and financial solutions. You will also be collaborating with various areas throughout the company, as you perform daily treasury tasks. We're looking for someone with the desire to continue growing their knowledge of the corporate treasury function through experiential learning, while working alongside finance leadership.

What You'll Do

  1. Perform daily, cash management operations of the Treasury team, via utilization of a treasury management system, bank portals, and other treasury-related systems.

Initiate transfer of funds to ensure adequate account funding, enabling the Company to meet their short-term cashobligations.

  1. Reconcile daily bank reporting, provide support to internal and external audit, and assist in identification of appropriate cash controls.

  2. Partner closely with Accounting to assist with ensuring all cash activity is accurately recorded in general ledger at each month-end.

  3. Assist in cross-functional, treasury project implementations which support our Company's growth.

  4. Assist in providing recommendations regarding process, policies, and procedures, relating to all daily cash and treasury-related activities of the Company.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

  • Certified Treasury Professional designation is preferred.

  • Assist with daily, Treasury activities, functions, and systems.

  • Problem-solving skills, critical thinking skills, and strong attention to detail is required.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and build and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of treasury team, vendors, internal customers, and management.

  • Familiarity with Treasury Management Systems is desired.

Travel

  • No travel is expected of this position.

Work Location

ONSITE: A team member's day-to-day work is best done on a Vermeer campus. If work content can be occasionally completed at an offsite location, discuss potential arrangements with your manager.
