We have a client looking for a IT Specialist. The role is pivotal for maintaining and enhancing our technology initiatives across the business. As a IT Speciailst, you'll serve as a vital bridge between our technology and business needs, with your well-informed decisions influencing both current operations and the company's future advancement. Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support to our information systems alongside the Infrastructure Engineer and IT Director

• Maintain optimal software and hardware security

• Deliver front-end support for all incoming technical issues and escalate complex problems as necessary

• Manage applications and software patches for desktop issues

• Support mobile devices and MDM software, along with the VoIP phone system

• Document technical issues, diagnostics, action plans, and resolutions into an IT ticket system

Requirements

*MUST BE AUTHORIZED TO WORK IN USA*

• Proficient in Dell Technologies and Mac Computers.

• Familiarity with Microsoft products including MS Office 365 and Microsoft Teams.

• Experience in Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.

• Knowledge of computer hardware and configuration management.

• Proven experience in deployments and deskside support.

• Certification in Comptia A+ is desirable.

• Demonstrated skills in desktop support and basic troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with MDM Technologies and FortiGate.
