MIG & TIG Welder – Weekly Pay – 4 Day Work Week!!

Job Description:

We are looking for experienced TIG and MIG Welders to join our skilled team. This role offers competitive pay and the flexibility of unlimited overtime to meet your financial goals.

Pay: $20 - $28 ( Based On Experience )

Location: Rock Valley, IA

Shift: 1 st shift (6am – 4pm) 2 nd shift (3:30pm – 2am) UNLIMITED OT

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality TIG and MIG welding on various metal components and structures.

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements.

• Set up and operate welding equipment to fabricate or repair parts according to specifications.

• Inspect and test welds to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to all safety regulations.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with TIG and MIG welding processes.

• Strong understanding of welding techniques, materials, and safety procedures.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

• Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

• Certification in welding is a plus but not required.
