Project Manager
$50 - $65K
Mon - Fri, 7A - 4 or 5 PM with occasional overtime as needed
Do you enjoy working with your hands and power tools? We have a full-time opening for a Project Manager with an established, reputable local firm. This Project Manager will run the shop and work on projects that includes fabricating, problem solving, installations, taking project photos, and working with counter top installs. This is a great opportunity to take a project from cradle to grave and see your hard work come to fruition.
Responsibilities will include:
Receive materials & verify orders
Take measurements as needed
Fabricate and template counter tops
Deliver and install and supervise team
R&D; come up with new ideas
Remove obstacles & barriers
Culture relationships with customers, dealers & vendors
Requirements:
Previous project management experience required
Previous construction experience (work with counter tops preferred)
Able to take measurements
Must be able to physically lift & maneuver counter tops, load & transport to site and install
Must be professional & personable
Able to think on the spot & be creative
Problem-solving skills
Strong customer service skills
Solid job tenure, responsible, reliable
