Job Position: Business Office Manager Job Type: Full-Time Location: Akron, IA 51001 Pay Rate: $25-$30 | DOE Job Summary: 8:00AM-4:30PM | Mon-Fri Description: We are seeking a Business Office Manager to oversee all aspects of our business office. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth operations, regulatory compliance, and effective management of office staff. The Business Office Manager will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing personnel, and providing essential administrative support. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage accounts receivable and payable, payroll, and resident billing. Ensure accurate financial record-keeping and handle deposits and reconciliations. Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate office staff. Maintain confidential employment records. Provide clerical support, manage business forms, and maintain office supplies. Assist with resident admissions and discharges. Oversee office personnel policies, conduct staff meetings, and address employee relations issues. Assist in budgeting, procure supplies, and manage office equipment. REQUIREMENTS

Associates degree in business, human resources, or equivalent experience. Previous office management or bookkeeping experience preferred. Proficient in Windows, Microsoft Office, and office machines. Typing speed of at least 40 WPM, organizational skills, management capabilities, and strong interpersonal communication. Proficient in processing written and verbal information, and managing emotional and behavioral responses.
