Holy Spirit Retirement Home CNA/CMAs Needed for Long Term Care in Sioux City, Iowa
Holy Spirit Retirement Home is hiring for all nursing staff positions, including CNA, CMA, LPN, and RN.

Promotional schedules: Perfect for back-to-school students, we offer weekend only schedules, including part-time rotating weekends.
For full-time work, we offer a “Weekend warrior program,” which is Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 12-hour shift. Work 36, get paid for 40 hours!
We have part-time, and full-time shifts available.
Part-time is a minimum of 8/16, and full-time is a minimum of 30/60.
Our normal shifts are 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-2am
12 hour shifts are 6am-6pm/6pm-6am.
All nursing staff who work 2pm-10pm receive a +$2.00 shift differential.
Overnight 10pm-6:00am receive an additional +$1.00 for license staff (LPN/RN)
Overnight 10pm-6:00am receive an additional +-.75 for certified staff (CNA/CMA)
Pick-up bonus shifts are paid out to all staff once they’ve worked a full 40 hours.
All licensed staff (LPN/RN) have a $5,000.00 sign-on bonus for new hires.
Holy Spirit Retirement Home pays our nursing staff per years of experience based on 0-5, 5-10, 10-15, and 15-20 years of experience.
CNA $18.00-$21.46
LPN $27.00-29.15
RN $32.00-34.82

We require:
All Holy Spirit Retirement Home nursing staff are required to provide proof of an active license, or certification.
· All nursing staff must be CPR certified. You will be asked to present this during orientation.
· We also require all our employees to have a Mandatory Reporter Certificate for adult abuse. This is free to obtain at the https://dhs.iowa.gov/ website. This is a prerequisite and employees cannot start work until this is completed.
All Holy Spirit Retirement Home employees are required to pass a physical, drug test, TB test, and thorough background check before employment may begin.
