Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled commercial Maintenance technician. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined and open to learning new skills.

Responsibilities :

• Mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance

• Troubleshoot HVAC equipment

• Perform maintenance, installation, and repair on ventilation and cooling systems

• Perform preventative maintenance and complete work orders

• Comply with all required safety policies

• Keep work area clean and neat

• Outstanding customer service

• Travel to different job sites to ensure jobs are being completed

Hours :

• M-F 7:00 am - 5:00 pm

• OT possible

Pay :

• $25-35/hr Depending on Experience

• Paid drive time

• Company Vehicle, Phone, & Computer

Requirements :

• Minimum of 1 year of previous maintenance experience

• Valid Driver's License
