GNB Bank Location Manager in Story City, Iowa
Supervise daily activities and responsibility for efficient operation of teller operations and deposit account servicing for location. Ensure customers provided the best possible service. Direct supervision of deposit staff. Develop and recommend procedures to ensure schedules and operating policies/procedures followed. Help subordinates with solving problems, complex transactions, and sensitive customer relations issues. Coordinate and/or conduct training for subordinates to ensure employees maintain acceptable level of job knowledge and skill. Ensure compliance with banking regulations, federal and state statutes and bank policies/procedures. Ensure employees given tools and trainingwhich develop skills necessary to meet sales and customer service expectations. Perform personnel managementwhich includedetermining performance goals and objectives, providing ongoing coaching, conduct performance evaluations, making decisions for hiring, disciplinary action, termination, transfer, and compensation review as provided by policies and procedures of bank. Ensure proper supply of vault cash, control inventory of official checks and money orders, and oversee location balancing and operation of ATM. Oversee deposit account opening and servicing. Responsible for developing, monitoringand reporting location budgets and financial reports.
