Description We are seeking a Controller based in URBANDALE, Iowa, United States. This role involves managing financial statements and customer billing processes, ensuring the alignment of accounts payable between systems, and performing controllership duties. This opportunity offers a long-term contract employment in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the production of financial statements

• Handle customer billing processes and ensure they are executed efficiently

• Ensure the alignment and smooth operation of accounts payable between different systems

• Perform controllership duties with a high level of accuracy and efficiency

• Utilize accounting software systems such as Quickbooks, 3M, and ADP - Financial Services

• Implement CRM and Crystal Reports for efficient customer relationship management and data reporting

• Carry out auditing and budget processes in compliance with industry standards

• Oversee and manage accounting functions including accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR)

• Ensure all accounting activities are in compliance with financial laws and regulations. Requirements

• Ability to use CRM

• Familiarity with Crystal Reports

• Understanding of Accounting Functions

• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Knowledge of Auditing processes

• Familiarity with Budget Processes

• Proficiency in using QuickBooks online required, Dynamics a plus
