TEKsystems Sales Account Manager in Urbandale, Iowa

Description:

Makes daily outbound calls to makes sales and obtain accounts

Provides quotes, processes paperwork, and runs reports

Collects and submits orders

Achieves quality goals set by the Sales department.

Strategizes with store managers on game plans for reaching sales goals

Utilizes “Hot Buttons” to further develop customer relationships

Runs cash accounts

Develops and maintains cooperative, professional relationships with customers, store managers, co-workers and supervisory staff

Demonstrates flexibility in adjusting to periodic changes in customer assignments and in achieving departmental goals
