Location: FULLY REMOTE

Salary: $100,000 - $135,000 + full benefits plus 401K

Robert Half is looking for a SOFTWARE ENGINEER LEAD - FULL STACK .NET - REMOTE candidate for a permanent direct hire full time position.

Robert Half invites top-tier professionals to apply for a thrilling full-time Lead Software Developer position within a major tech brand. Working remotely in the US, you'll guide a team of developers, leading them to project success and unique technical solutions.

As a Lead Software Developer, you'll stay hands-on, collaborating with project managers and stakeholders, establishing technical standards, mentoring colleagues, and ensuring code quality. Through regular check-ins and constructive reviews, you'll ensure that your team follows best practices and meets project timelines. You'll also have the opportunity to explore new technology opportunities and their potential impact on the business.

Here's what we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or applicable job experience

• 10+ years experience in software development and familiarity with Microsoft .NET and Microsoft SQL Server

• Proficiency with Windows Services and Web Services (REST and SOAP), and VBA for older system support

• Exceptional communication and organizational skills

• Experience working with diverse global teams

Requirements - Comfortable with creating and consuming WebAPI's

• Knowledge of Relational Database Management Systems

• Knowledge of common development frameworks

• Strong understanding of project methodologies
