Now Hiring: Lead Carpenter, Steel Foreman and Concrete Foreman!
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Steel Foreman, Lead Carpenter and Concrete Foreman to oversee construction activities on commercial sites. The ideal candidate will have experience in steel erection, Carpentry or Concrete, leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise workers and coordinate activities.
Ensure work meets project specifications and safety standards.
Plan and schedule work assignments.
Inspect work progress and resolve issues.
Maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with project managers and engineers.
Train and mentor staff.
Enforce safety protocols.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
3+ years in steel erection, Carpentry or Concrete, 1+ years in a supervisory role.
Knowledge of steel, concrete or carpentry techniques.
Leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to read blueprints.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work in various weather conditions and at heights.
Physical stamina and strength.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00
