Join us! We have a new and exciting position for a Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Virtual Connection Specialist. The Virtual Connection Specialist will support the needs of direct support staff and persons served and assist onsite staff through virtual supports such as video, sensors, two-way communication and other technology.

Qualifications:
18 years old or older
High school diploma or a GED
Two (2) years’ experience working with people with intellectual/developmental disabilities, brain injury, mental illness or similar experience.
Previous experience providing remote support, preferred.
Ability to work from our call center during all scheduled work hours. Our call center is located in Waterloo, IA.
This position requires a valid driver's license, auto insurance, a good driving record, a reliable vehicle and the ability to pass an extensive background check, including checks of the Dependent Adult and Child Abuse registries, the Sex Offender registry, and a criminal history check.
Details:
As this new program is established, the schedule will be Wednesday/Thursday-Saturday 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Pay Rate: $17.00 - $19.00 Rate of pay depends upon experience.
This is an in-office position. DSP-VCS are required to work out of our call center, which is located Waterloo, IA.
Post job offer drug screen required.
