[We are looking for a skilled Maintenance worker to perform upkeep tasks such as repairs and cleaning. You will be responsible for applying basic fixes to equipment and building systems and ensure facilities are tidy and functional. Being reliable with a keen eye for detail is the first step to getting this job. The ideal candidate will have experience and solid technical knowledge. You must possess manual dexterity and physical stamina.

- High School or Technical School graduate is required.
- One-year applicable maintenance work experience.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Demonstrates aptitude for successful fulfillment of assigned responsibilities.
- Displays patience and understanding.
- Possess the organizational and technological skills required.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more.

Comply with rules and objectives of Blessed Sacrament Church, Cedar Valley Catholic Schools, and the Archdiocese of Dubuque.
Operate and maintain the boilers and heating systems, air conditioning.
Plumbing repair, replacement of fixtures, etc.
Electrical repair, replacement of fixtures, etc.
Carpenter work, as needed - shelves, cabinets, etc.
General repair as seen needed including locks, door adjustment, thermostats, etc.
Maintain a calendar of regular lubrication, cleaning, maintenance of all equipment with moving parts.
