QPS EMPLOYMENT GROUP Part Time Payment Processer in Waterloo, Iowa

Hours:Monday, Tuesday 9am-4:30pm; Thursday, Friday 9am-3:30pm; Off Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday (This is a total of 26 hours part time work; Starting January 13th, 2025 until May 15th, 2025)

Part Time Payment Processer Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Oversee and manage the end-to-end payment process for various transactions - Input and verify payment details, ensuring that all information is accurate - Basic excel, payment handling, bank teller, and clerical letter - Handle the processing of refunds, cancellations, and chargebacks in accordance with company policies and payment processor requirements - Process payments - Gather mailed items - Scan checks in

Part Time Payment Processer Requirements: - Able to sit at a computer for 26 hours a week - Basic entry-level knowledge about computer software, Excel, Outlook, Word, etc. - Recommended 1 year of office experience - Bank telling experience is also beneficial - High school diploma preferred
