MercyOne Waterloo Pulmonology Critical Care

  • Instant volume and established referral patterns

  • One week in hospital, two weeks in clinic

  • MercyOne Waterloo campus has 14 Bed ICU

  • Health system employed; clinic located on hospital campus.

Compensation/Benefits

  • $530K guarantee for 2 years + Production Incentive

  • $20K Signing Bonus

  • $100K Starting Bonus

  • $30K Longevity Bonus at the beginning of year 2

  • $15,000 Relocation Allowance

  • Employer paid malpractice and tail coverage.

  • Health insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, and Life Insurance with shared premium

  • 2 Retirement programs: 403(b) with employer match and 457(b) Savings Plan

  • Employer paid Short Term Disability with option to purchase Long Term Disability at minimal cost

  • Allowed up to 31 days off per year while on guarantee.

  • CME allowance of $5,000/year

  • Part of an employed multi-specialty group with more than 180 providers in northeast Iowa - physicians, physician assistants and nurse practitioners with established referral patterns
