VERIDIAN CREDIT UNION Receptionist in Waterloo, Iowa
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for individuals who come to the Ansborough branch and assists members and non-members with checking in for appointments and ensuring they visit with the proper individual to meet their needs. The position also assists various departments with projects as needed.
- Greet members and guests and ask questions to determine the department required to assist.
- Check member/guest into Lobby Tracking system or direct or schedule accordingly.
- Maintain security logbook for visitors and service individuals, including check-in, check-out and issuance of security badge.
- Receive and distribute incoming and outgoing shipments/deliveries/documents.
- Update rate sheets as needed.
- Ensure waiting area is stocked, cleaned and maintained.
- Lock and unlock building entrance doors.
- Update Member addresses in the core system as they are provided via USPS .
