Position Purpose:

Join our collaborative healthcare team, where RNs and patient care assistants (PCAs) deliver exceptional care to patients and their families.
What You Will Do:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in an acute care setting.
Supervise and coordinate care provided by Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Patient Care Assistants (PCAs) .
Facilitate effective communication with physicians, family members, and the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Hours/Schedule:
Full-time, day and night shifts
Every 3rd weekend rotation
Minimum Qualifications:
Current Iowa Registered Nurse (RN) license required
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
New RN graduates encouraged to apply – no previous experience required
