Friendship Village Retirement Community is seeking an energetic, confident and creative individual to join our Marketing and Sales team as the Sales and Marketing Coordinator. As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, your primary role is to support the sales team by greeting visitors, answering phone calls, maintaining the sales database and various marketing reports. You will also help schedule appointments, coordinate marketing events, create promotional flyers, take photos for social media, manage digital displays and oversee the move-in process with future residents. Being comfortable learning the sales basics and providing tours when needed is not a primary function, but a plus!

Our ideal Sales and Marketing Coordinator is someone who is driven, personable, organized and has a high attention for detail. We are looking for someone that presents themselves in a professional manner that instills confidence and trust. We are seeking someone with strong computer skills, has experience in reception, providing administrative support and event planning. Work hours are typically M-F 8:30am-5:00pm with the flexibility to work some evenings and weekends, as needed. Ideal candidates will have:

  • Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred, or
  • 2+ years of marketing experience
  • Experience with senior living setting preferred but not required
  • Must have strong organizational skills and eye for detail
  • Must be independent, self-motivated and goal driven.
  • Must have excellent computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher and Canva
