Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Description

Our Client is looking for general production workers for an injection mold company that specializes in products for appliances, automotive, electronics, and more. Whirlpool is their main customer.

Press Operator Duties:

• Pulling parts off large presses

• Small piece assembly

• Operating various machines at one time

• Light industrial work (max of 15 lbs, but typically lighter)

• Standing and moving for 8-10 hours a day

• Other duties as assigned

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in West Branch, Iowa.

Work Environment

Large warehouse environment. Very hot in the summer, cold in the winter. Very fast-paced; must be able to operate at a fast speed. Their sole customer is Whirlpool, so demands are high and work is fast-paced. The team consists of 20-30 operators on each shift.
