A quality manager makes sure products or services meet customer expectations. They oversee quality control, ensuring products comply with standards and specifications. The role demands strong leadership skills, plus the ability to analyze data and communicate well with team members and stakeholders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality control processes, procedures, and policies to ensure that products or services meet customer expectations following the APQP approach.
2.
Monitor and analyze data related to quality control processes, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvement.
3.
Lead and manage a team of quality control personnel, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed.
4.
Communicate with other teams, departments, and stakeholders to ensure that quality control processes are aligned with business objectives.
5.
Perform audits of quality control processes, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for corrective action according to ISO 9001 ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standard.
6.
Work with suppliers and vendors to ensure that raw materials and components meet established quality standards.
