Current Iowa Teaching Certificate with Special Education Endorsement or ability to obtain Iowa licensure with the Iowa Board of Educational Examiners in at least one of the following areas:
Instructional Strategist I: Mild Moderate
Instructional Strategist II:BD/LD
Instructional Strategist II:ID)
B-21 School Social Worker (Master’s degree in Social Work)
B-21 School Psychologist
Provides support, expertise, and coordination to the district Special Education Program. Responsible for supporting personalized learning environment that meets the needs of each K-12 student. Assists in evaluating data and systems; and identifies/co-creates/facilitates professional development to maximize program effectiveness.
Candidate will need to complete both written and physical components of Nonviolent Crisis Prevention (CPI) training provided by district upon hire.
