Wells Fargo Accessibility Enablement Consultant in WEST DES MOINES, Iowa

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consult to lead and consult on key priorities of the Accessibility through Change program within the Accessibility & Accommodations Utility. This program establishes a structured approach to ensure adherence with accessibility guidelines across the enterprise. This leader will be responsible for defining the strategy and execution of critical deliverables including a new enterprise Accessibility Information Dashboard, which will serve as the primary vehicle for tracking and communicating Accessibility through Change adherence to the firm. This leader will also participate in organizational change management activities including consulting with leaders across Wells Fargo on adherence instructions and enablement opportunities. This role will also work with lines of businesses and enterprise functions regarding evidence requirements of Accessibility through Change to ensure end to end documentation of adherence to program expectations. This role will engage with senior leaders across the firm and will be required to use data to tell a story and synthesize information into meaningful messaging.

In this role, you will:

  • Define and execute the strategy of the enterprise Accessibility Information Dashboard. Work with delivery teams, subject matter experts and executive leadership to drive requirements and development of OKRs and KPIs against Accessibility through Change requirements.

  • Develop and execute the enterprise Accessibility through Change evidence requirement expectations, to ensure consistent and reliable receipt of evidence of adherence to program expectations.

  • Serve as a primary conduit regarding accessibility enablement and providing support to business groups and enterprise functions to ensure their success within the Accessibility through Change program.

  • Provide tactical support to enterprise teams regarding Accessibility through Change instructions.

  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and enterprise wide

  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders, present results of analysis and recommendations, build rapport, and influence decision making

  • Strong Conflict resolution skills - Ability to embrace candor, and apply excellent conflict resolution skills to drive the expectations of the Accessibility through Change program

  • Effectively demonstrate strategic thinking and tactical leadership skills

  • 3+ years working on risk programs

  • 2+ Years of SDLC experience

  • 2+ years of Jira and Confluence experience

  • 3+ years analyzing large data sets to distill data into consumable information for senior executives

  • 2+ years familiarity and experience with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 and 2.2 A and AA experience in a financial services organization

  • Exceptional organizational skills

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint Skills

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$120,400.00 - $250,000.00
