About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant as part of the HR Team supporting Finance, Technology, Strategy, Digital and Innovation (SDI), Diverse Segments, Representation and Inclusion (DSRI) and Public Affairs. In this role, you will:
Act as a Business Execution advisor to drive HR performance and initiatives, and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management
Leverage data and prioritization frameworks to manage HR strategic portfolio of priorities
Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives
Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics
Present recommendations to develop, implement, monitor and measure strategic approaches, effectiveness of the function and performance improvement opportunities
Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations
Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables
Craft business communications, reports and powerpoint presentations
Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business
Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business
Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Business Operations or Leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Project and initiative tracking skills and experience
Experience developing key performance metrics, dashboards or scorecards
Experience creating business communications
MS Excel and Powerpoint skills
Agile Methodology experience
Proven success in problem analysis and resolution
Proven success working in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities while managing tactical and strategic deliverables to meet time lines
Data query and analysis abilities and presentation skills
Strong partnering and relationship skills

The pay range for this position in New York is $87,700 - 155,900.
Pay Range
$73,100.00 - $129,900.00 Annual
