Our client is looking for a Construction Project Manager to work onsite at a data center in Des Moines, Iowa on an 18-month contract.

The Construction Project Manager oversees the planning compliance and progress of the General Contractor. He or she will direct and coordinate the day-to-day activities in the field for onsite delivery of projects with a wide variety of unique requirements favoring civil specialties including site earthworks building demolition environmental remediation grading and vegetation removal and substation pad construction.

This Project Engineer will work with the General Contractor engineering team to ensure that construction details and permit requirements are confirmed, contiguous trades are coordinated, materials are reviewed approved fabricated and delivered to the site, overall schedule is maintained, and safe worksite practices are observed and adhered to at all times. This role requires regular engagement with key stakeholders including Land Development, Security, Legal, Design, Construction, and Operations teams regulatory agencies and outside consultants and contractors.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00
