About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Analytics Consultant to support the development and delivery of insights for the Loudspeaker program in the Chief Operating Office. This consultant will be responsible for using data to help tell the story of what we're hearing in Loudspeaker and how we can improve the Chief Operating Office for customers and employees.

Loudspeaker is Wells Fargo's companywide employee feedback and ideas program. Employees use Loudspeaker to share opportunities to grow revenue, improve efficiency, and enhance the customer and employee experience.

The COO Loudspeaker team partners with groups across Operations, Corporate Properties, Supply Chain, Enterprise Complaints & Remediations, and numerous others to assess and respond to feedback from employees across the company.

In this role, you will:

  • Produce weekly and monthly reporting in support of Loudspeaker insights for executives in the Chief Operating Office

  • Use SQL, Teradata, Tableau, and other reporting packages and capabilities to create reports using highly unstructured data (free-form text)

  • Use themes, key words, topics, and other data variables to help derive insights that will be shared with executives

  • Use non-Loudspeaker datasets, such as HR hierarchy tables, employee location, etc. to add depth to the insights shared

  • Fulfill ad-hoc reporting requests from stakeholders and leaders

  • Provide analytics support for the operational needs of the COO Loudspeaker team

  • Develop a deep understanding of technical systems and business processes to extract data driven insights

  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with SQL, Teradata, or Tableau

  • Experience with SharePoint

  • Advanced Excel skills

  • Experience creating reporting from highly-unstructured datasets (free-form text)

  • Ability to quickly respond to reporting requests and iterate on reports produced
