Robert Half CRM Implementation Administrator in West Des Moines, Iowa

Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a CRM Implementation Administrator in West Des Moines, Iowa. The individual is responsible for overseeing the deployment, configuration, and ongoing management of CRM systems. This role ensures that the CRM system meets the organizational needs, enhances customer relationship strategies, and improves overall business processes.

Responsibilities:

CRM System Implementation:

  • Lead the planning and execution of CRM system implementation projects.

  • Configure CRM systems to align with business requirements.

  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.

  • Ensure data migration from existing systems to the new CRM platform is accurate and complete.

System Administration:

  • Manage and maintain the CRM system, including user accounts, roles, and permissions.

  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

  • Perform regular system updates and upgrades.

  • Ensure data integrity and security within the CRM system.

Training and Support:

  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.

  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to users.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for CRM-related inquiries.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities to enhance business processes through CRM system capabilities.

  • Collaborate with different departments to integrate CRM with other business systems.

  • Develop and implement workflows and automation to improve efficiency.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Create and manage dashboards and reports to provide insights into customer data and business performance.

  • Analyze CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, preferred.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience

  • Property Management experience, preferred

  • Proven experience in CRM system implementation and administration (Yardi)

  • Strong project management skills.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in CRM software configuration and customization (Yardi).

  • Knowledge of data migration processes and tools.

  • Familiarity with database management and SQL.

  • Understanding of API integrations and data synchronization between systems.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
