• Accurately process and maintain customer annuity records.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role, preferably within the insurance industry

• Proficiency in answering inbound calls and handling both inbound and outbound calls

• Experience in a call center environment, delivering high-quality customer service

• Strong data entry skills with an emphasis on accuracy and efficiency

• Familiarity with email correspondence, capable of drafting and responding to emails in a professional manner

• Display intermediate computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
