Job Description

The qualified candidate will be working alongside the cabling and logistics teams to complete necessary projects.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Stage/run/label cables and understand networking, connectivity troubleshooting, and computer hardware

* Fiber Link Cleaning

* Scope, test, QC, and troubleshoot power, cable connections

* Perform Troubleshooting and swap out failed components

* Logistics/Warehouse Support (Sending/Receiving)

* Handle storage media/Data Bearing Device (DBD) Reconcile/Physical Audits

* Basic Server (Discrete/Rack-based) repair following documented procedures

* MS Asset updates/auditing

* Middle of Rack (MOR) buildout

* Perform power cycles

* RMA processing & Coordination with Logistics Team

* Installation of software and firmware updates.

* Receive logical and physical hardware into system

Target pay for this position is $20-22/HR.

Skills and Requirements

Experience with troubleshooting desktops, networks, servers, IT equipment, etc.

Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.

Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time. null
