Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Data Engineer for one of our largest clients in Des Moines, IA. This Data Engineer will sit in Des Moines to join a scrum team that is working towards producing data pipelines that are scalable and creating frameworks that are meta data driven. The best fit for this role will have a forward-thinking mindset, helping the company move towards an automated approach. The ideal candidate will be a jack of all trades being able to pick up and start then finish a project, from end to end rather than being handed off to ETL developer, QA, ect.

$60/hr to $65/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements

3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer

 Strong experience with Database technologies such as SQL server

 Need to have strong experience working with Confluent Kafka

 Experience working with Azure and data modeling

 End to end data engineer, jack of all trades (pick up project and finish it) Automation background/mindset

 Salesforce data integration experience null
