Robert Half is teaming up with a company in need of a Front desk coordinator for their office located in West Des Moines! They are looking for someone who has the characteristics of being friendly, organized, and responsible. This role is crucial for ensuring our office runs smoothly and efficiently and that all visitors have a positive experience. This person is being entrusted to run office functions so other employees can focus on their work as well.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or office.

  • Handling basic inquiries and sorting daily mail/deliveries/couriers.

  • Keeping the front desk tidy and presentable.

  • Scheduling appointments and updating calendars.

  • Performing other administrative support tasks, such as copying and scanning documents.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Front Desk Representative or relevant role.

  • Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer, etc.)

  • Friendly personality and a need to help people.

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

  • Strong communication and people skills.

  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
