Description:

• Lead a diverse team of employees with responsibility for managing employee life cycle

• Review investment disclosures and schedules

• Develop continuous process improvement strategy

• Provide subject expertise over the accounting and reporting of commercial, agricultural, and residential mortgage loans

• Build and maintain external relationships with aduitors, vendors, and other business partners

• Review and approves monthly and quarterly investment reconciliations and work papers

Skills:

• Investment accounting, mortgage loans, management, MS Excel, CPA, MBA

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from four-year credited college or university in finance, business or related field of study

• 8+ years of progressively responsible related investment accounting experience, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience

• Proficiency with Aladdin, WINGS, Precision LM, and MS Excel

• CPA or MBA preferred

• Experience in a supervisory role
