Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Lab Manager with comprehensive knowledge of laboratory operations including Human Resource Management,Financial Management, Quality Management, Contract Negotiation, and excellentcustomer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provides diagnostic and therapeuticinformation or products.

• Student preparation.

• Improve services by planning,organizing, implementing, and conducting the human, fiscal, and physical resources of the hospital laboratoryclinical department.

• Budget monitoring and resolution.

• Project management.

• Quality control.

• Inventory management.

• Managing pre-analytical and technicaloperations.

  Minimum Requirements:

• Master of Science and 4 years’experience OR

• Bachelor of Science in MedicalTechnology or equivalent and 5 years management experience.

• General knowledge of laboratoryoperations including Human Resource Management, Financial

• Management, Quality Improvement, andContract Negotiation.

• Incumbent must have experiencemanaging a customer service operation.

• PPD and Physical per state and/orcontract requirement.
