Reports to: Foreman
Minimum Qualifications:
· Proven experience as an Industrial Control Panel Technician or similar role.
· Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and control logic.
· Familiarity with national and local electrical codes and safety standards.
· Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment for panel assembly and maintenance.
· Ability to read and interpret technical documents, such as blueprints and schematics.
· Strong troubleshooting skills and problem-solving abilities related to electrical systems.
· Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Knowledge of NEC & UL codes
Working Conditions:
Work is performed primarily in a shop environment with occasional travel to customer locations to provide service on panel shop products. You will work around electricity and other potential hazards requiring appropriate safety equipment and practices at all times.

Essential Job Functions:
· Assemble and wire industrial control panels according to specifications and schematics.
· Perform testing and troubleshooting on control panels to ensure functionality and reliability.
· Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to execute projects accurately.
· Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to align on project goals and timelines.
· Ensure adherence to safety standards and compliance with electrical codes during all phases of work.
· Document all work performed, including changes made, tests conducted, and outcomes for future reference.
