Summary:

Project Admins work hand In hand with the VA Production Team. This position is involved in maintaining all aspects of the VA Job production cycle. This is not a customer-facing position and requires great attention to detail and advanced customer service skills.

Reports to: PC Manager

Minimum Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite

• Intermediate-advanced Excel skills

• Auto CAD familiarity experience is a plus

• Experience in an Electrical Manufacturing business is a plus

• Be able to write and speak in English

• Extreme follow-up skills

• Multi-tasking abilities are a must

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Organized and prompt

• Ability to work in a team to accomplish common goals

• Shipping and Receiving experience a plus

Working Conditions:

Working conditions will be standard to an office environment with time spent on the production floor.

Supervisory Responsibilities: No

Essential Job Functions:

• Work with the strategic Buyer on VA job creation

• Ensure that the job opening and closing process is completed and documented for each VA job

• Responsible for tracking job waiting on parts and part allocation upon receipt

• Maintain and audit job Build Documentation

• Ensure all parts are available and allocated to each job before release to the shop floor

• Help coordinate the expediting of purchased parts for the VA assemblies

• Track all required KPI’s and maintain logs of all requested information

• Help monitor stock levels of purchased parts

• Work with Project Managers to complete special projects

• Support root cause review and maintain Corrective Action Reports for all VA Parts

• Support Project Managers in the implementation of process improvement plans
