ePathUSA Research Data Analyst in West Des Moines, Iowa
Seeking Research Analyst to be responsible for researching, analyzing, interpreting, and presenting healthcare data. Research Analyst needs to be very quantitative, analytical, logical, and good at managing numbers and data.
- Analyze past results and perform variance analysis
- Identify trends and make recommendations for improvements
- Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommendactions for optimization
- Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports
- Perform Analysis using SAS
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in analytical field, such as mathematics, statistics, biostatistics, or epidemiology

``` - 5+ years in data analysis related to healthcare

``` - Data analysis proficiency in SAS

``` - Familiarity with Medicare claims data
Preferred:
- 5+ years in data analysis related to Medicare

``` - Experience with the Integrated Data Repository (IDR) claims database

``` - Experience related to medical review
