The Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing projects of varying size and complexity, following standardized project management processes. This role will oversee all project-related disciplines required for the successful and timely completion of the project. This role will develop effective relationships with internal and external customers.

Hybrid Schedule: 2-3 days per week in the West Des Moines, Iowa office

Essential Functions

• Develops, finalizes and manages the timeline, budget, and security plans and monitors the process for projects.
• Manages the scope of projects to ensure they are completed in an accurate and timely manner according to the customer's and Company's requirements.
• Performs actual to-plan comparison on the project, identifies any deviation from the project baseline, and requests timeline extensions and/or additional monies.
• Ensures projects are meeting internal quality control standards and that internal quality control reports are prepared.
• Manages support center concerning SLA adherence, process development, and continual contact center software enhancements.
• May assist in the hiring and training of staff. Provides input to management regarding the performance of project team members.
• Manages customers' expectations concerning projects and works with the customer to turn ideas into future business opportunities.
• Provides input regarding project management processes and assists in preparing cost and technical proposals.
• Provides contributions to the Project Management Office

Requirements

• Four-year degree in MIS, Computer Science, Business or related field, and/or equivalent training and/or experience
• 7 years experience managing projects using a formal project management methodology
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Positions working on specific contracts may require U.S. Citizenship
• Because of the nature and immediacy of the work, the ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance is essential
• Advanced experience with Jira and Confluence for project management methodologies preferred
• ServiceNow experience preferred
