Randstad is hiring several Support Representatives for a large financial institution in the West Des Moines, IA area! If you have at least 2-4 years of customer contact experience while working in the financial services and or banking field, please consider ing today! Responsibilities

• Support internal and external customers with inquiries and complaints regarding financial products and services.

• Serve as an intermediary between parties to resolve disputed matters, negotiate, and enact settlements accordingly.

• Connect with the customer, understand their issue, research the issue and determine where the error occurred and provide the customer with the appropriate resolution.

• Working out of a pipeline, keeping up with existing cases until they are completed/closed, while also receiving new cases daily.

• Seek ways to determine appropriate course of action, conduct investigative steps to identify the issues, and process complex transactions online.

• Handle 5-10 calls a day + written correspondence with customers and other business partners
