Job Description

Insight Global is currently hiring for a Workday Functional Analyst at a top client in Des Moines, IA. This candidate will work with other members of the project management team to help with Workday implementation. This person will serve as the functional analyst where they will communicate with business users to gather requirements and translate into specific system requirements in Workday modules. They will manage and assess other requests from business users through a ticket system. This candidate will perform test scenarios and must be able to provide proficient report writing to help build solutions for business users. They will work on multiple projects related to Workday finance security. Hourly compensation for this role is $65-$73/hr.

Skills and Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience with Workday functionalities

Knowledge of Report Writing, Customer Contract, and Security Workday Modules

Experience using BIRT Design Tool and Composite Reporting

Experience gathering business requirements to translate into systems requirements

Experience building solutions and writing reports for business users Experience with Projects and Projects Billing Workday Modules
